GUST's inclusion in the QS World and QS Arab Region University Rankings has once again confirmed its standing as one of Kuwait's top universities for instruction and research. According to the ranking performance, GUST is ranked among the best universities in the globe and the Arab world. The ranking improvement was brought about by GUST's ongoing efforts to enhance its academic standing, faculty-to-student ratio, employer reputation, and other aspects pertaining to high research quality and staff and faculty quality. Enhancing its courses to meet the demands of the labor market and forming important international alliances to support and advance excellence in research and education remain GUST's top priorities. This will get our students ready for a new workforce that demands skills like leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, and experience.
A new chapter in the university's history has begun with the construction of the brand-new, cutting-edge engineering building. After the new extension is finished, GUST will be able to provide students with opportunities to pursue cutting-edge engineering specializations that reflect the changing demands of a labor market that is always changing due to the advent of new technologies. There are also plans to launch other programs to provide students more choices.
