1. To apply as an international undergraduate student, applicants must submit a completed online application along with a $75 application fee.
2. They are required to provide official high school transcripts (or equivalent secondary school records) and, in many cases, an evaluated transcript in the U.S. grading system if the documents are from outside the United States.
3. International students must also demonstrate English language proficiency, typically through tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo English Test (minimum scores are usually required depending on the program).
4. In addition, applicants must submit either SAT, ACT, or CLT scores, although some students may be exempt depending on prior university level coursework or specific admission conditions. A statement of purpose or essay explaining academic goals and reasons for choosing HSU is also required.
5. After admission, students must complete immigration and visa-related requirements, including submission of a passport copy, financial proof showing ability to cover tuition and living expenses, and payment of an enrollment deposit to receive the I 20 form needed for a student visa.
