1. International students applying for postgraduate programs at Hebei Agricultural University must be non-Chinese citizens, hold a valid passport, be in good physical and mental health, and meet the academic qualifications required for their chosen degree program.

2. The university offers both Master's and Doctoral programs in disciplines such as agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine, biology, food science, environmental science, engineering, and management.
