Hokkaido University is a public university which was established in the year 1876 and is located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The university has two campuses: Sapporo campus and Hakodate campus.
Hokkaido University comprises fourteen faculties: Faculty of Letters, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Dental medicine, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Veterinary medicine, Faculty of Fisheries Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Faculty of Science.
