No, Hollins University does not issue post-study work visas. International students must use U.S. visa programs, primarily Optional Practical Training (OPT), to work in the United States after graduation.
OPT allows F-1 students to gain temporary, practical work experience related to their field of study. Most students are eligible for one year of OPT, with a possible 24-month extension for STEM degree holders.
Students coordinate with Hollins’ International Programs office or designated school official (DSO) to manage their F-1 visa status and SEVIS record, then apply to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for OPT authorization.
