The "Maison des Élèves" (Maisel) residences provide furnished accommodations, including single rooms, studios, and shared lofts, with sizes ranging from 12 to 30 m². Each unit is equipped with essential amenities such as a bed, desk, kitchenette or shared kitchen, bathroom, and internet access. Monthly rental rates vary between €287 and €612, depending on the accommodation type. Utilities like water, electricity, and insurance are included in the rent. Students can move in a few days before the academic year begins, and reservations are typically made during the registration process. For international master's students, accommodation requests are handled directly by the respective campus residences.
