What is the admission process for international students?

The admissions process consists of 6 stages: online application submission, eligibility review, online motivation interview, admission decision with admission letter, registration and deposit, and then applying for a VISA through Campus France or the local consulate

What documents are required for an international application?

You must provide a complete file including: photocopy of passport or identity card, CV, cover letter, transcripts of marks and university diplomas obtained (translated if necessary), current study certificate, and proof of French/English language level depending on the programme's language of instruction

What government financial aid is available to INSEEC students?

INSEEC students can access several state aid schemes including the Mobility Grant for study abroad, Erasmus+ grants for European mobility, and CROUS scholarships for which the BBA and Grande Ecole programmes are eligible. Students can also apply for housing assistance (APL) through CAF when signing a lease .

What specific discounts does INSEEC offer?

INSEEC provides a 10% discount for siblings when both are enrolled in an OMNES Education Group school, a €750 discount for students from French overseas departments and territories taking entrance examinations, and for the Bachelor's programme, a 30% discount in the first year to baccalaureate holders with a "Très bien" distinction .

Does INSEEC provide on-campus accommodation?

No, INSEEC does not provide on-site accommodation at its campuses. Students must arrange their own housing, but the school offers support through partner residences and the Visale guarantee (a free rental deposit scheme offered by Action Logement) to facilitate access to accommodation

How can students get help with housing costs?

Students can apply for housing assistance through CAF (APL - Aide Personnalisée au Logement) which is financial aid granted to student tenants. The amount is calculated based on family composition, previous year's resources, rent amount, and geographical location of the property

Do international students need a visa to study at INSEEC?

If you come from outside the European Union, you must go through a regulated process and obtain a visa to study in France through the cooperation and cultural action department of the French embassy. If you come from an EU member country, you do not need a visa and have free access to France regardless of your study duration

How does INSEEC support students with the visa process?

Once admitted, students receive a certificate of registration which is required for visa applications. The school provides guidance on steps to follow with Campus France or the local consulate. International students can also access the "Welcome to France" programme which helps navigate administrative procedures and prepare for arrival in France .
