Istituto Marangoni is a private school of fashion and design based in Milan. It was founded in 1935 by Giulio Marangoni to train professionals and technicians specializing in the field of fashion. The school has branch campuses in London (started in 2003), Paris (started in 2006), Shanghai (started in 2013), Shenzhen (started in 2016), Florence (started in 2016) and Mumbai (started in 2017).

Istituto Marangoni comprises of 3 schools: Art school; Design School and Fashion school. It offers various programmes at undergraduate level and postgraduate level. At the undergraduate level the programmes offered are: Preparatory Course, One year Courses, BA (Hons) Degree Three Years, BA (Hons) Degree (Pathways) Three Years and BA (Hons) Degree (Sandwich) 4 years. The courses offered at the postgraduate level are: Preparatory Courses, Semester Courses and Masters Degree.

Istituto Marangoni has partnered with Study Group to provide the Foundation Year Program. The program is designed to meet the needs of international students looking to make the transition to an undergraduate fashion degree at Istituto Marangoni. The three term program encompasses fashion and design related subjects, English language and study skills. Once the students complete the program and achieve the required grades, they can enter the first year of their chosen undergraduate degree, at the campus of their choice (subject to availability).

The courses at Istituto Marangoni, Shanghai are taught in Chinese and are available only for the local students.
