Established in 1908, the James Madison University is a public, co-educational research university located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States. Originally established as a teacher’s college for women, it now educates over 19,000 undergraduates in 77 programs.

The  comprised of various school and colleges: College of Arts and Letters; College of Business; College of Education; College of Integrated Science and Engineering; College of Science and Mathematics; College of Health and Behavioral Studies; College of Visual and Performing Arts; the Graduate School; and the Honors College.
