Typically 16 college prep courses across English, math, science, social sciences, and foreign language (two years of language recommended)
Standardized Tests (SAT / ACT)
Juniata is test-optional: applicants may submit SAT or ACT scores if they wish; competitive applicants often do.

Essay / Personal Statement
Required as part of the application to help assess candidate motivation and writing ability.

Application Fee
Domestic applicants have no application fee when applying via Common App or Juniata App.

Submission of TOEFL or equivalent may be required if English is not the applicant’s first language.
Other considerations / optional alternatives
Instead of standardized test scores, applicants may submit graded papers if they prefer not to submit SAT / ACT.
Transfer Students
