Warsaw, Poland
To apply for a bachelor’s degree, you must hold a recognized high school diploma or secondary school leaving certificate that entitles you to pursue higher education. If your diploma was earned outside Poland, it should be translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator and may need recognition (nostrification) before the end of your first semester, unless your qualification falls under accepted international systems like the International Baccalaureate or European Baccalaureate.
You’ll need to submit an online application form through the university’s admissions portal along with the following:
Original high school diploma and transcript of records (or certified duplicates).
Translated copies of foreign educational documents in Polish or English.
Copy of your passport or national ID.
Passport-size photo and proof of payment of the non-refundable admission fee.
Since bachelor’s programs are taught in English, international applicants must provide evidence of English proficiency — typically a B2 or higher level certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL. Depending on your educational background (e.g., diploma from an English-medium school in certain countries), you might be exempt from this requirement.
