In order to obtain a Russian student visa, international students must apply to Kuban State University with a translated and legalized passport, high school diploma, four passport photos, medical certificates (including HIV-negative), and an invitation letter from the university. Within three days of entering Russia, you must register your arrival, present official documentation, and finish the visa application process.
