For fully completed applications received by January 15 (Bachelor and Master programs) and February 28 (MBA and SuMO), you will be granted a 10% early-bird discount on the overall tuition upon enrollment.
The Office of Admissions will check that your academic background is valid for the program you applied to, either a bachelor’s or master’s, that your institution is recognized by the German system, and for master's applicants, if you have completed enough business courses in your initial degree.
Yes, you can apply at KLU prior to receiving your final certificate. We kindly ask you to submit your mark sheets for the last 3 semesters of your high school for bachelor applicants
Applicants who completed a degree in India, Vietnam, or China must submit an APS certificate with their application to study at KLU. It is also a prerequisite for the visa application.
KLU offers a limited number of merit and need-based scholarships, plus a sports scholarship program for German national team athletes.
The application deadline for scholarships for our degree programs starting in 2026 is July 31, 2026.
KLU supports you in finding suitable accommodation, but does not offer housing itself.
Students should budget approximately 7,200 € per year for housing or accommodation.
