These include over 400 emergency "Blue Light" phones placed throughout the campus, enabling direct contact with the Department of Campus Safety during emergencies. Building and area front desks are staffed 24/7 to provide assistance, while ID card access controls entry to residence halls. Security cameras are installed in certain areas, enhancing surveillance. Door viewers are present on all residence hall apartment and room doors for added security. Additionally, 24-hour foot and vehicle patrols are conducted, and a late-night escort service ensures safe transport for students after dark.
