The support office offers study counselling, learning path counselling, and an ombuds office for students. For students with special needs or disabilities, LUCA provides a zorgcoach (care coach) who can offer guidance and support. The student support services also assist with mobility, helping students navigate their student city, and provide a study needs assessor for LUCA-students. International students are supported by the International Office, which informs, guides, and assists them with their exchange or study abroad plans. The school organises a variety of events, from film screenings and open lesson days to graduation shows that fill the month of June with exhibitions, films, concerts, and theatre performances across Brussels, Ghent, Genk, and Leuven. Each campus has its own unique character and events, such as the concerts and performances at the Lemmens campus in Leuven and the events on the cutting edge of contemporary art at the Sint-Lukas campus in Brussels.
