Lusófona University provides a Student Support Service (SAE) through COFAC, the University's founding entity, to ensure support for the comprehensive training of students. The support aims to favour equal opportunities in access to university attendance and progression in studies. Student support modalities include Direct Social Support (excellence, merit and doctoral scholarships for highly competitive athletes, students from CPLP and PRR countries), Indirect Social Support (access to health services, cultural and sports activities), Special Social Support (DGES scholarships for students with special educational needs, emergency aid for refugees), Incentive support to lifelong training, and Special benefits (specific educational support for students, employees, new students and alumni). The university also offers the possibility of applying for scholarships from DGES (Directorate-General for Higher Education) and the European Union.

For the Lisbon University Centre, the university offers 21 beds at the Manuel da Maia University Residence, a project by Lisbon City Council made available to all Higher Education Institutions in the city. The residence offers 6 single rooms and 15 shared double rooms, with common spaces including a study room, leisure areas, food preparation areas, and laundry facilities. Services include daily cleaning of common spaces, weekly room cleaning, 24-hour security access control, video surveillance monitoring, and programmed rounds.
