Institut Lyfe's infrastructure is designed to provide a unique environment that seamlessly integrates learning, innovation, and student life. The school has two campuses in Écully, with a total area of 17,000 m², set within a green park and featuring two castles. The new Gérard Pélisson Campus is the result of a €17 million renovation project and was inaugurated in September 2023. It features 22 technology-equipped classrooms, a 250-seat auditorium, collaborative workspaces, and two application bars. The historic Paul Bocuse Campus is equipped with 15 cooking laboratories and a newly inaugurated Pastry Academy. The entire campus infrastructure also includes a Michelin-starred training restaurant, a 5-star training hotel, two training bars, and a total of 20 cooking and pastry facilities.

Ensuring student safety is a top priority at Institut Lyfe. The school is the first hospitality management school to establish a 360° commitment system named "#TimeForRespect". This framework provides a safety net for preventing and combating violence, harassment, discrimination, and other inappropriate behavior. A charter of relationships and conduct has been drawn up to bind the entire community: students, faculty, stakeholders, and partners. Over 1,000 institutions hosting student interns have signed this charter. A monitoring committee, composed of a multidisciplinary working group, is responsible for receiving reports, processing incidents, and deciding on necessary sanctions. Furthermore, all students receive training before starting their internships to ensure they can identify and respond to inappropriate behavior.
