Applications follow a defined process: eligible students apply within specified windows; once an offer is made it must be accepted and secured (including a deposit) to confirm the placement.

Apart from university-managed housing, the university also provides guidance on finding housing via external rental markets/queues (e.g., through the municipal housing agency “Boplats Syd”) and shares tips for students starting in Malmö.
