Housing facilities (Accommodation)

Student accommodation is overseen by Studierendenwerk Mannheim, which manages approximately 20 student residence halls across the city  . Prospective exchange students may receive priority placement through the International Office in shared dormitories with furnished single rooms, shared kitchens/bathrooms, laundry facilities, and utilities included. Rents for these shared apartments typically range from €380 to €500/month; single apartments cost from €450–€680/month for MBS participants  . Demand often exceeds supply, so early application is advised.
