Marbella Design Academy provides dedicated student support through a designated Office Manager & Student Support who serves as the point of contact for all enquiries and provides excellent advice and support on student administrative and pastoral issues

Student Life

Students at Marbella Design Academy enjoy a very special way of life, not only taught at a professional academic level but also enjoying the appealing Spanish lifestyle. The weather is the best in Europe with over 320 sunny days per year, providing a significant boost to personal well-being. The cost of living is one of the lowest in Europe, making studying in the South of Spain less of a financial burden than in many other parts of the world. Students can enjoy life and the Spanish atmosphere, with endless outdoor leisure possibilities in Southern Spain. Beautiful and heritage-rich cities such as Granada, Sevilla, Córdoba and Cádiz are only a couple of hours away, and the rest of Spain is within easy reach by high-speed train or plane. The Academy is within easy reach of the village of Monda, with nearly 90% of students living in Monda during their studies and walking just a few minutes through olive and almond fields to their classes.

Housing facilities (Accommodation)

The Academy recommends that all students live in Monda, taking advantage of the proximity to the Academy and the reasonable cost of living. Accommodation in Monda is considerably cheaper than in Marbella. Monda is conveniently located just a short 200-meter walk from the Academy, making it unnecessary to use transportation. The majority of students choose to live in this typical Spanish white village within walking distance of the Academy. The town has become a hub for university students, with 80% of them residing in close proximity to each other. Other students choose to live further away in Coín, Marbella or elsewhere along the coast.
