Lucia Albano is a politician from Italy. She represents the Brothers of Italy in the Chamber of Deputies. October 2020 saw her become a member of Parliament. She was named Meloni's Undersecretary of State for Economy and Finance in November 2022. Following her graduation from a traditional high school, she earned a degree in economics from Marche Polytechnic University in 1988. This qualified her to work as an accountant, which she has done since 1990, and to teach law and economics. She is an expert in information technology and has taught it in high schools in the Province of Ascoli Picenos since 1993. Italian economist Carlo Monticelli began his first five-year tenure as Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank on December 18, 2021. In 2015, he became the Vice-Governor for Financial Strategy at the CEB. The Istituto Ligure di Ricerche Economiche e Sociali was where he began his career. He started working as an economist in the Bank of Italy's Research Department in 1984. He had a number of posts there before rising to the rank of Deputy Director of the International Division and then the Monetary Division. In 1999, he left the Italian central bank to work as the Head of European Economics at Deutsche Bank's Global Markets Research unit in London. View Less
