Waiver: English-medium degree holders or interview-based assessment

3. Unique Requirements

Statement of Purpose: 1,000+ words outlining a self-designed research focus

Writing Sample: 15-20 pages (academic or creative)

Interview: With faculty advisors to discuss interdisciplinary goals

Plan of Study Proposal: Detailed roadmap for individualized coursework/thesis

4. Program Structure

Thesis/Project: Required (student-designed)

Residency: Low-residency model (1-2 campus terms + remote work)

Evaluation: Narrative assessments (no letter grades)
