McCombs School of Business History started in 1922 after the University of Texas Austin was established in 1883. The school rapidly enhanced its reach to the students and started graduate programs in 1948. Also, it began its first executive business programs in 1955.

It also offers Visas & Immigration Support to the students. McCombs School of Business international students can apply for either an F-1 or J-1 visa to start their smooth journey in the US. The US embassy and the local consulate are where students can get the perfect guidance and advice on visa-related matters. Also, the international students’ office has a team of experienced professionals who can give students visa-related advice.

Some student societies of the McCombs School of Business include Asian Business Student Association, Black Business Students Association, Queer Business Students Association, Hispanic Business Students Association, and Women in Business Association. McCombs School of Business has a dedicated team of doctors and nurses. The school runs different health initiatives and programs for the students. Housing facilities (Accommodation)

McCombs School of Business does not offer students separate on-campus housing. Still, as it is part of the University of Texas at Austin, students can choose to live in the housing halls of the University. The on-campus residences of the University and off-campus residences both offer fully furnished to semi-furnished room facilities. Students can choose a place to live according to their budget. 

Student Safety

The complete campus is under the supervision of security cameras and emergency telephones. Students can report any suspicious activity or crime to the safety and security office. The safety officers patrol regularly. The whole school campus is safe and secure for the students.
