The MUCTR campus on Miusskaya Street, which is close to the metro stations Mendeleyevskaya and Novoslobodskaya, is home to a number of historic buildings situated between 1st Miusskaya Street and Miusskaya Square. Maxim Geppener, an architect, created the main structure in 1898 for the Moscow Industrial School in an eclectic architectural style.
