Students may work off-campus through CPT if it’s integral to their program, with prior approval from the International Office.
Eligible students can apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT) for up to 12 months; STEM graduates may qualify for a 24-month extension.
OPT remains the current pathway for post-study work, though recent political discussions have considered modifying or terminating the program
