The campus of Morningside University spans 68 acres (280,000 m2) and is located in Sioux City, Iowa's Morningside residential district. Student government, honor societies, service clubs, religious organizations, musical ensembles, student magazines, and three national fraternities—Acacia, Delta Sigma Phi, and Alpha Omicron Pi women's sorority—are examples of student organizations. Two nationally recognized music fraternities, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia (men's) and Mu Phi Epsilon, are also located on campus. In addition to operating a 24-hour radio station at 92.9 on the FM dial, KMSC, Fusion 93, Morningside's Department of Mass Communications also publishes a weekly newspaper, the Collegian Reporter, and shares a public-access television cable TV called MCTV.
