Mount Allison traces its roots to 1839 when the creation of a school of elementary and higher learning was proposed. Mount Allison University is a primarily undergraduate Canadian liberal arts and science university located in Sackville, New Brunswick. Mount Allison has been ranked Canada’s #1 undergraduate university by Maclean’s magazine more times than any other university.

Mount Allison University is comprises of faculties and departments: Faculty of Science, Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social Sciences.
