Writing supplement for Mount Holyoke (optional).
Interview (not required).
scores on standardized tests (optional).
Supplementary fine or performing arts (optional).
Results of the English Proficiency Test (for nonnative speakers).
Agreement for an Early Decision (where appropriate).
Only Regular Decision applicants must submit their midyear report by February 15th.
Non-U.S. nationals who are not applying for need-based financial help must fill out the International Financial Declaration, or IFD. If necessary, a link to the form will be included in the checklist on the application status page.
