Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) is a publicly-funded arts institution. The Institution was established in 1938 and is located in Bencoolen Street, Singapore. NAFA is the first arts education institution to receive the coveted 4-year EduTrust certification awarded by the Committee for Private Education in 2011 and is widely recognized in Southeast Asia. The institution comprises four campuses that are located in different areas of the city.

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts comprises four schools: School of Art and Design, School of Arts Management, Dance and Theatre, and School of Music. NAFA offers the following specialized programmes under these schools: 3D Design, Arts Management, Design and Media, Fine Art, Fashion Studies, Dance, Music, Theatre. The Institution has a broad-range of diploma courses and delivers degree programmes in partnership with reputable universities from Singapore and the UK.

The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts consists of more than 2,000 students and welcomes international students as well.

The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts offers a special 4-years diploma course where students will study for the first 3 years at (NAFA) and the final year at the National Institute of Education (NIE), from which students will graduate with a Diploma in Art (Teaching) or a Diploma in Music. Graduates from this scheme will be deployed to teach Art or Music in Primary schools. The institute provides many scholarship and funding schemes such as NAFA’s in-house Scholarships, Merit Awards, and Bursaries, Dare to Dream Scholarship, NAFA Talent Scholarships, NAFA Student Assistantship Scheme, Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Student Relief Fund Scheme, External Study Loans, External Financial Award Schemes.
