What is the main USP of National University of Science and Technology MISiS?

NUST MISIS is commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Moscow Mining Academy's foundation. The University will host extensive anniversary initiatives and festivities all year long. The Moscow Government Award was given to two scientific teams from NUST MISIS for their work on "Development and Research of Radiation-Stimulating Elements with Increased Service Life" and "Development of a New Generation Diamond-Cutting Tool with Nanomodified Ligaments and Hybrid-Working Layers." NUST MISIS entered the 101+ category of the QS World institution Rankings by Subject in Materials Science, making it the top institution in Russia for materials science. The competition to create a roadmap for quantum technologies for the Digital Economy program was won by NUST MISIS. The President of the Russian Federation sent a letter of appreciation to the NUST MISIS team for their contributions to science and the training of highly skilled experts. The largest and most advanced "Boiling Point" in Russia, "Boiling Point — Commune," was established by NUST MISIS and the National Technological Initiative Platform (NTI Platform).

How is the campus of the National University of Science and Technology MISiS?

Over 75 majors are offered to students at the university's nine colleges. The university has six branches, two of which are overseas and four of which are in Russia. There are almost 27,000 students at NUST MISIS. International students from more than 80 countries make up 19% of them. There are numerous extracurricular activities offered by the university. Students are assisted in carrying out their efforts by the Student Council. Students participate in theater, dance, sports, and music. For social media, they create videos about campus life. They create actual modeling, design, and industrial design projects in the sports programming division and the student design bureau. The International Friendship Club was established at NUST MISIS. It aids international students in adjusting to Russian culture, forming new friendships, honing their language abilities, and effectively preparing for tests.
