To apply for an undergraduate programme, international students must hold a high school diploma or an equivalent secondary school leaving certificate with satisfactory academic results. Applicants are required to submit a completed application form, a copy of their valid passport, and official academic transcripts showing their school leaving results. Proof of English language proficiency is also required if English is not the applicant’s first language; acceptable evidence may include recognised test scores (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL) or, where needed, an English placement test provided by the university. In addition, students typically need to provide a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and a curriculum vitae (CV), and some programmes may ask for a portfolio (for example, in architecture). International applicants must also demonstrate financial capacity to cover tuition and living costs as part of their student visa process. Once these documents are submitted and approved, the university’s Admissions Office will issue a letter of acceptance, which applicants use to apply for a Cyprus student visa if required.
