North Island College is based in Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. In 1990, the process started of building physical campuses for thousands of students. The college has many of its campuses in various parts of the British Columbia. The North Island College over the years only expanded and grew to be a college that has produced more than 155,000 students in last 40 years.

The Housing Commons includes 157 individual and 60 family-specific options at the Comox Valley campus in Courtenay. The campus right now doesnot have housing accomodation in any of its campuses but soon will be having as soon as the project starts.
