An application form, authentic transcripts from your prior institutions, and evidence of English proficiency from a qualifying exam are required when applying to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) as an overseas student. A copy of your passport and visa, as well as a financial guarantee attesting to your ability to pay for your education, will also be required. Make sure that all of your materials are turned in at least six weeks prior to the start of the semester in which you plan to enroll.
