Northwestern Polytechnical University History

Northwestern Polytechnical University abbreviated as NPU and NWPU is a Chinese higher education institution located in Xian, Shaanxi Province. The university was established in 1938 by the merger of East China Aeronautics Institute, People's Liberation Army Military Engineering Institute, and Northwestern Engineering Institute. The university currently enrols over 28000 students.
