Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) has modern creative-learning facilities spread across its campuses in Milan and Rome. The Milan campus is located in the Navigli district and occupies a historic complex of 14 buildings covering approximately 23,000 square meters, while the Rome campus spans around 6,000 square meters in the Ostiense district. Both campuses are designed to support interdisciplinary education in art, design, fashion, media, and communication.  Specialized Design Laboratories equipped with laser cutters, CNC machines, milling cutters, 3D printers, and prototype-production equipment. Fashion Design Labs featuring industrial sewing machines, knitting equipment, textile-processing tools, mannequins, and textile libraries. Media Design & New Technologies Labs with professional cameras, lighting systems, audio-video equipment, film and photo studios, post-production suites, motion-capture technologies, and virtual production facilities. Visual Arts Studios including ateliers, painting spaces, engraving and printmaking workshops, sculpture areas, and photographic darkrooms.

Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) has modern creative-learning facilities spread across its campuses in Milan and Rome. Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) does not operate its own traditional dormitory system, but it provides extensive housing support to help students find accommodation near its Milan and Rome campuses. Through its official housing partner MilanHousing, NABA assists students in securing a wide range of accommodation options, including single rooms, shared apartments, studio flats, and one-bedroom apartments. The Housing Office supports students throughout the entire process, from searching for suitable accommodation to signing rental agreements and settling into their new residence. Listings typically include detailed information on location, prices, facilities, photographs, and nearby transport links. Since 2014, the service has helped both Italian and international students find housing close to the campuses and major university areas. In addition, NABA has partnered with Villaggio managed by CX, a modern student residence in Milan's Scalo Romana district that offers dedicated rates for NABA students, fully furnished rooms, study areas, social spaces, a gym, common facilities, and 24-hour reception services. Through these partnerships and support services, NABA ensures that students have access to safe, comfortable, and convenient accommodation options that support both academic success and student life in Italy.
