Okanagan College is a public, post-secondary institution and was established in 1963. In 1995, the institution's name was changed to Okanagan University College, but the older name Okanagan College was re-adopted on July 1, 2005, as Okanagan University College was divided into Okanagan College and University of British Columbia Okanagan.

In 1963 Okanagan College was founded. Okanagan College is a public, post-secondary institution with more than 120 certificates, diplomas, degrees and programs as well as trades programs. The College’s largest campus is situated in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Vernon campus is a satellite campus located in Vernon, Canada.

Initial Study Permit

All Okanagan College Vernon students need to have legal status in Canada, and you will need to present your status documents to get your student card. If this is your first time applying for a study permit, you can do it at the nearest Canadian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission.
