Oregon State University-Cascades was founded in the year 2001, in Bend, Oregon USA as a degree-granting Public institution. It was in the year 2015, that the university welcomed its first freshman class for a 4-year program. The campus is a branch of Oregon’s leading public research institute, and the only baccalaureate and graduate degree-granting university in Central Oregon.
OSU Cascades offers programs in a concise and personalized manner. Students can choose from various graduate programs ranging from Art, Humanities, and Business Administration to Science and Engineering.
Over 1,200 students are enrolled at the campus with nearly 900 students enrolled in 16 bachelor programs, and another 300 students enrolled in masters programs. The university is selective with an acceptance rate of 50%. More than 50 full-time faculties teach at the campus, and there is a faculty for every 24 students enrolled.
OSU has partnered with more than 150 business, government, and non-profit agencies, to help students secure internships and practicums. The campus offers over 20 student-run clubs and organizations in various areas from academics to athletics.
