International students must have a higher education degree in order to pursue postgraduate studies (PhD/Aspirantura) at Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU). They must also find a research topic and advisor, submit documents such as publications and a thesis proposal, and work with the International Relations Office (IRO) to be placed in a department or research center with an emphasis on scientific alignment with university priorities.
