The Perrotis College campus features a comprehensive range of infrastructure designed to support both academic excellence and student well-being. The Aliki Perrotis Educational Center is a 3,500 m², three-story building with two parallel wings connected by a spacious atrium, housing classrooms, study rooms, auditoriums, laboratories, and communal learning spaces for up to 700 students. The campus includes the Dimitris & Aliki Perrotis Library, which serves as a cornerstone of academic life with a comprehensive collection of resources. Teaching laboratories include Plant Physiology, Microscopy, Tissue Culture, Chemistry, Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, Life Sciences, and Food Structure laboratories, as well as a Dairy Lab and New Food Product Development Lab. The Perrotis AGRO Center features Horticultural Labs, Greenhouses, a Shadehouse, an Ecological Agriculture Laboratory, and a Precision Agriculture Lab. The campus also includes the "Labbouise" Athletic Center with indoor and outdoor courts, a football field, tennis courts, and a weight room. The Aliki Perroti Student Residence offers modern, suite-style living with shared spaces like lounges, laundry rooms, a roof garden, and a dining hall. All buildings are designed with sustainability in mind, utilizing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems.

Student Support

Perrotis College offers a wide range of student-focused services designed to support academic journeys, career development, and overall well-being. The Perrotis Leaders & Mentors (PLMs) program supports first-year and Study Abroad students by pairing them with role models who help guide them through the challenges of transitioning into college life, providing advice on academics, social matters, and personal growth to ensure students feel supported from day one. Students have access to a School Psychologist for individual sessions focusing on stress, anxiety, social issues, and personal development. A full-time doctor is also available on campus, with additional support from local health centers when needed. The Student Life program includes extracurricular activities, trips, and clubs designed to enhance the university experience, with staff dedicated to supporting students' well-being outside the classroom and organizing engaging events each semester. The Career Office provides personalized counseling, workshops, and resources to help students navigate their professional journeys. The Alumni Office works to foster strong professional and social relationships among alumni while nurturing the bond between graduates and the institution.

The campus of Perrotis College offers a student life experience similar to what one would find in Europe and the United States. Since most students live on campus, they soon develop a close-knit community spirit, quickly learning the importance of cultural diversity and tolerance while forming friendships and mutually supportive relationships with co-residents from completely different traditions and language backgrounds. A considerable part of students' education comes from living in the rich, culturally diverse environment that residential life provides. The Student Life program includes extracurricular activities, trips, and clubs designed to enhance the university experience. Students have access to a variety of sports facilities, including a gymnasium with indoor basketball and volleyball courts, a weightlifting and gymnastics room, a Ping-Pong room, an outdoor soccer field with natural grass, an outdoor tennis court, and two outdoor basketball courts. The vibrant community is enriched by students from around the world, each bringing unique perspectives that enhance the collective learning experience.

Housing facilities (Accommodation)

The Aliki Perroti Student Residence offers a modern, suite-style living experience designed to promote social and personal growth. The residence combines dormitory rooms to house up to 100 students with multipurpose public space accommodating a variety of educational and recreational events and gatherings. Rooms are suite-style with 2 bedrooms, 1 common living room, 2 separate bathrooms, and a balcony or terrace. Students benefit from a close-knit community with access to shared spaces like lounges, laundry rooms, a roof garden, and a dining hall. The residence is equipped with all necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, individual balconies, and 24-hour access to common areas. On-campus residency includes a complete meal plan of three meals per day at the AFS Dining Hall. First-year students who wish to stay on-campus are given priority for housing facilities, upon availability. Prior to moving into a residence hall, each student is required to pay a €150 damage deposit. Life in the residence halls is designed to be a positive educational experience that fosters personal and social development, respect for cultural diversity, and individual behavior conducive to a community atmosphere.

Student Safety

Perrotis College makes every effort to prevent incidents of bullying and harassment from taking place. The College disseminates this policy to students, faculty and staff, organizes educational activities addressed to students, and provides training sessions for faculty and staff responsible for educating and counseling students and for reporting or responding to reports of harassment. The Perrotis College policy is based on the principle that all candidates have the right to the safety and security of their person and property. Harassment, intimidation, assault, or discrimination—in any form—toward a member of the College and/or the broader AFS community is not acceptable. The College code includes misconduct such as violent, indecent, disorderly, threatening or offensive behavior or language, action likely to impair the health, safety, and well-being of any student or staff member, and verbal abuse, bullying, or any form of harassment, intimidation, victimization, or discrimination. Students who feel they are victims of bullying, harassment, or any other form of abuse are encouraged to report the incident through established procedures, including discussing the issue with their faculty adviser and/or student life staff. Students reporting incidents have the right to confidentiality throughout the grievance procedure process.
