Official transcripts from all previous post-secondary institutions (undergraduate degree (or equivalent) required) sent directly from the institution. 

Minimum undergraduate GPA generally 2.75 on a 4.0 scale for full admission, though some programs require higher. 

A statement of purpose (typically ~500 words) explaining why the applicant is seeking graduate education, how professional experience relates, and what their career goals are. 

Current resume/CV submitted.

Letters of recommendation: usually two required, from academic or professional references. Some programs (e.g., business, certain online programs, MFA) may waive this.

For international graduate applicants: English proficiency required — e.g., minimum TOEFL 79 or IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) for many programs.
