Housing facilities (Accommodation)

The Polytechnic of Leiria is significantly expanding its student housing capacity. The Social Action Services currently manage seven student residences spread across Leiria, Caldas da Rainha, and Peniche, providing a total of 763 beds. 

Student Safety

The Polytechnic of Leiria has taken significant steps to ensure the safety of its academic community. In June 2025, the institution signed a protocol with the Public Security Police (PSP) to implement the "Ensino Superior Seguro/Universidade Segura" (Safe Higher Education/Safe University) program.
