Established in 2007, our campus is a thriving academic hamlet. First-rate Living and Learning Facilities In addition to its state-of-the-art facilities and gorgeously landscaped grounds, the campus is home to an innovative learning resource center. The campus features a number of culinary options, a store, landscaped gardens, indoor sports facilities with all-weather surfaces, student housing, and a student union. The demands, lives, and learning preferences of today's students are fully considered in the design. Naturally, apartments and academic buildings are accessible to those with disabilities. The campus can be reached by train from central Edinburgh in less than six minutes thanks to excellent transportation connections. The facility is located next to the Musselburgh train station in Edinburgh's southeast. Frequent bus routes are also available from Edinburgh's downtown. The A1 and the main east coast rail line to London both run beside the region. It is adjacent to the city bypass as well. The campus is a gateway to East Lothian, an area known for its beaches and historic countryside, and it provides easy access to Edinburgh's city center and all of Scotland's capital city's attractions. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as wakeboarding, surfing, golfing, and horseback riding.

In order to promote study, wellbeing, and personal growth, our staff members in student support services and across the university work to help students get the most out of their time here. Excellent transportation alternatives are available from our campus, providing quick access to the stunning coast and countryside of East Lothian as well as Edinburgh's city center (six minutes by rail).

Living on campus offers a great chance to get used to university life and make new friends in a welcoming and secure setting. Their Student Village, set in beautifully manicured parkland, offers 800 students standard or premium rooms with en suite bathrooms. Through a number of resources and procedures, Queen Margaret University places a high priority on student safety. A Code of Conduct for Students, a thorough Health and Safety Policy, and particular protocols around COVID-19 and other possible crises are all in place at the university.
