RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU), established in 2006 in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, was founded under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi. Managed by the RAK Government, the university began with an MBBS program and expanded to include Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing by 2007.

Yes, RAKMHSU offers merit scholarships starting from the second year. Students who achieve a GPA of 3.8 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) in their annual exams, without exemptions, receive a 20% tuition fee concession for the following academic year. These are not available for transfer students or first-year students.
Yes. Students in their first year are allowed to pay tuition in two installments. A post-dated cheque for the second installment must be submitted at the time of registration.
These scholarships offer a 50% tuition fee reduction to students who demonstrate academic excellence alongside exceptional achievements in sports or other talents. Students of all nationalities are eligible, based on criteria set by RAK Academy.
