Key infrastructure facilities also include advanced research centres such as the ROTEG energy and building technology centre, which focuses on ventilation systems, renewable energy, acoustics, and sustainable construction technologies, as well as the RO-BERTA research project lab for meteorological and engineering applications. In addition, the university is expanding its infrastructure with a new technology park featuring state-of-the-art laboratories for artificial intelligence, robotics, industrial manufacturing, and sustainable building systems, reflecting its strong focus on future-oriented applied sciences.

These dorms are located close to campus (around 5–10 minutes away), making them the most convenient option for students. In addition, there are private student residences such as CampusRO, which offers modern fully furnished apartments with private bathrooms, kitchens, internet, and shared facilities like gyms, lounges, and study spaces in a community-style environment right next to the university.
