Student Support

Student Support provides both practical and private assistance. Our goal is to be adaptable, responsive, and to offer a friendly environment for discussing issues. Please contact us if you have any concerns of your own.

You can talk to us if you are having trouble with a personal issue or anything else that is interfering with your academic performance. We can assist students with academic appeals and complaints, harassment and misconduct issues, criminal reporting, healthcare access, or just if you're having trouble settling in London. We will always offer a private setting and listen without passing judgement.  In addition to offering information, counsel, and direction, the Student Centre was established to assist students in navigating RCA support services, facilities, and schools. With weekly dedicated drop-ins for Finance and International enquiries, it serves as a one-stop shop for Student Support, IT, Estates, and Registry. The Student Centre organises events and activities all year long to promote participation, foster community, and commemorate significant occasions and holidays. The ground floor of Kensington's Stevens Building serves as the model for the student centre. During term time, it is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
