For students studying the performing and producing arts, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) offers a dynamic and cooperative setting. In order to make sure that every student feels appreciated and included, the Students' Union prioritises equality, diversity, and inclusion. Students who have caregiving duties can get academic, pastoral, and financial support. 

Through its Creative Enterprise Development Office (CEDO), the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) provides extensive career development and support to its students and graduates. To assist people in developing their professions, initiatives, or company ideas in the creative industries, CEDO offers a variety of services, such as workshops, funding possibilities, one-on-one clinics, and customised advice. Beyond their study in the arts, students are prepared with professional skills such as project management and other critical competencies for success in the workplace. For graduating students in theatre, dance, production, and cinema, RCS organises industry showcases that are open to agents and experts in the field.
