The below information is required while
completing the university application :
Required Documents:
Application form (online or paper).
Passport copy (or ID for Armenian citizens).
High school diploma & transcript (with notarized translation into Russian or Armenian if foreign).
Medical certificate (form 086/o or equivalent).
4 passport-sized photos.
Language proficiency proof (if applicable, see below).
Entrance Exams:
For Armenian applicants: Depending on the program, may require Unified National Exam (???) scores or RAU’s internal exams (e.g., Mathematics, Russian Language, General Aptitude).
For international students: Some programs require subject-specific entrance tests (e.g., Math for Engineering, Russian for Humanities).
Language Requirements:
Most programs are taught in Russian (some in Armenian or English).
Russian Language Test: If the applicant’s previous education was not in Russian, they must pass an RAU Russian proficiency exam (or provide a TORFL certificate).
English-taught programs: May require IELTS (5.5+) or TOEFL (72+).
