Rutgers Business School History

Rutgers Business School was founded in the year 1929. In 1932, the school already launched a business forum. In 1934, the business school comes under the University of Newark and becomes the School of Business Administration. In 1942, it receives it's accreditation from the American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business. In 1946, because of an agreement the University of Newark and School of Business Administration merged with the Rutgers University. In the preceding years, the Rutgers Business School expanded and introduced many new programs like: Masters of Business Administration, Innovative Professional Accounting MBA, and many others. In 1995, the Rutgers Business School merges with the School of Business in New Brunswick. The business school also partnered globally with many organisations to give the students world-class experience.
