Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College is a private Roman Catholic liberal arts college located in Saint Mary of the Woods, Indiana, in the United States. Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College was founded for women only, but it is now co-educational. It is Indiana's oldest Catholic college and is well-known for its Mari Hulman George School of Equine Studies.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College was founded on October 22, 1840, as an academy for young women by Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, who arrived on the site after a three-month journey. She was leading five Sisters of Providence from their convent in Ruillé-sur-Loir, France.
