Study Plan

Fill out the official UDESC Study Plan form.

Both the student and a representative of their home institution (for exchange or international students) must sign it.

The study plan outlines the courses you intend to take at UDESC.

Required Documents

Copy of Passport (valid and clear).

Transcript of Records (academic history from your current or previous institution).

Signed Study Plan (as explained above).

Application Deadline

All steps must be completed and submitted before the official deadline.

Late submissions are typically not accepted.

Notification of Acceptance

If accepted, both the student and their home institution will be formally notified.
